What is Hospice?
Hospice is a special way of caring for terminally ill people that helps them live their final days to the fullest, as free as possible from
disabling pain and mental anguish, and in the setting of their own homes (or a home-like care facility). Hospice is appropriate when
curative treatments are no longer effective.
