7. Passionate:
Most of the activities that I am involved in are due to the fact that
they interest and intrigue me not because I think they will look good for
others to judge. I have a true passion
for the activities that I am involved in and that allows me to put my best
effort and 100% of my desire into everything I do.
Kind: Helping
others by mean of teaching, physical help or contribution makes me feel
incredible fulfilling. There are little
things that I try to do every day to make someone else’s day a little better.
By helping others I feel like I am becoming a better person.
Determined: I
set goals for myself and I try to accomplish them no matter what. My drive and motivation for these goals are
unbelievable and I do not give up. I
try to do my best and I will always try to outdo myself and push myself as much
as possible.
Ambitious: I
will not settle for average. I want to
do as much as I can with my life.
Open-Minded:
I want to experience different cultures, ideas, and opinions. I am always considerate
of other people’s
opinion, although I know when to stand up for what I believe in.
Focused: At
this point in my life, I realized what I need to do in order for my goals to be
accomplished. I know that I have to
work hard and strive to do my best. My
mind is set on these goals and this focus will allow me to accomplish them.
Hardworking:
I work extremely hard because I want to do things the best that I
can. I never want to do anything that
is not good. After I have done
something, I do not like to feel that I could have put more time and effort
into it. This applies to anything I
do. Instead, I want things to be done
right the first time. However, if I
know that I can make something better, I will work hard to do so.
8. I am not a typical student. I am full of ideas and curiosity and I have an insatiable passion
for learning. I love to try new things,
to help others and to live my life to the fullest. There are so many things that I want to do with my life, and I
know that college is where these dreams begin.
9. I feel that there is no ONE experience that has really
changed or matured my life. Instead, I
feel that every experience that I have had in high school has contributed into
changing my life. I have learned to be
patience with myself by recognizing that I must take time to learn things
thoroughly and that I must always keep trying.
I have learned that I am not perfect nor is anyone else. Teams, friends, group
projects and clubs
have taught me to work well with others.
Many teachers have also influenced my life. They have given me support
and they believe in me. Thus, I have
learned to believe in myself and that I can do any anything if I put my mind
to it and work hard. I have learned from my mistakes and tried to benefit from
them. Moreover, I will continue all the good habits, i.e. working hard, studying,
time management, that have helped me through high school.
